WOW!!  What a weekend for the DocMar Gang!

Duluth Kennel Club Show
July 11-13th 2008

I am so proud of all the DocMar dogs that were showing at the Duluth shows this past weekend.  From the Breed ring to the Obedience ring to the Rally ring................they all did an awesome job!

New Titles!!!

DocMar's Wild Up Up 'N Away RN--Sky

DocMar's Boys Of Summer Am/Can RN Can TD--Henley
Both these boys did a wonderful job in the Rally Novice ring.  They both qualified for their RN title in 3 consecutive shows.......with happy wagging tails!!!

Novice B
DocMar's Shez Driv'n Me Wild--Louise
Louise and Patricia qualified for their first leg in Novice B on Sunday!!!

Novice A
DocMars AngelInBlueJeans--Olivia
Olivia and Jason showed on Sat/Sun and qualified both days
with two 2nd Places!!

pulled off a Group 1 on Saturday!!!

June 2008

Can CH DocMar Westmarch Denim Jeans--Deni
Deni and Judy had a wonderful weekend at the Argus Kennel Club Shows in Thunder Bay Canada June 28th 2008.  Deni just needed one point to finish her Can Championship--she finished with BOW-BOS.  Her first time out as a Special the next day she went BOB and on to a Group 1.  It was a very exciting win--the crowd was cheering so loud you would have thought we were at the Super Bowl!  Way to go Judy and Deni!!!!

Brytlea Ducat Triple The Odds--Stevie
Stevie also had fun at the Argus shows!  She took home a few Reserves, a couple Best Puppy in Breed and a Puppy Group 1.  She loves to strut her stuff!

 

DocMar's Talk Show Host--Jonny
Jonny has been burning up the mats too!  He picked up a few more Am points this past May and he won 7 Canadian points at the Argus Kennel Club Shows in Thunder Bay Canada.  Cindy had a great weekend, she finished her girl Jorgi too!!

 

DocMar's Here We Go Again--Tawny
Tawny and Jan are just embarking on their adventure in the Conformation ring and they had a great time at the Vermillion Kennel Club shows!  Tawny got a 2nd place and a 1st place ribbon that weekend in the 12-18 class!  I am sure that there will be many more to come!

 

DocMar's TalkTheTalk WalkTheWalk CD RE-Walker
Walker blew away the competition again!  His first weekend out in the Open ring was amazing!  He qualified both days with two 1st Places with scores of 194 1/2 and 194.  Not a bad start in the Open ring!! 

 

DocMar's Simply The Best RN--Turner
Turner quickly finished his Rally Novice Title in 3 consecutive trials with three 1st Places!!  Barb and Turner are now training for his CD.  They are also dabbling in the Conformation ring for fun and loving that too!!

We are so proud of all the DocMar kids, and even
some DocMar grandkids.  It is wonderful to see them doing so well in the performance venues along with the conformation ring, but they are also excelling in another area that is even more special to us.  We have 5 very special DocMar kids that are touching people's lives in a very unique way. 

DocMar's Wild Up Up 'N Away--Sky
Sky has embarked on his new career as a Therapy Dog.  His debut was in May of 2008 at Miller Dwan Medical Center in Duluth MN.  Sky was the perfect gentleman, spending time with the children, bringing lots of smiles and laughs.  He then went on to the Rehab Dept to spend time retrieving balls thrown by the patients, lying quietly by a patients side while the patient struggled to be able to pet him, and he even let one of the patients take him for a walk.  He is a remarkable boy and will help many people be able to recover from serious illness.

Am/Can CH DocMar Do Bears Chip In Da Woods--Bear
Bear helped make a wonderful contribution to the Helping Paws Service Dog program along with Sunlor's Can't Help Falling'NLuv--Maisie .  Four of their kids have graduated the program and are now working as Service Dogs.  These dogs are amazing in all the ways they touch their new owners lives! 

A Golden is not a "Golden" unless they possess the true Golden temperament!

Another wonderful weekend for the DocMar kids!!

A new Canadian Title!!!!

DocMar's Boys Of Summer Can RN Can TD--Henley
Henley did an amazing job at the Tracking Trial in Thunder Bay ON!!  He qualified for his Can TD with a perfect track and in 4 minutes!!  He has 2 titles by 12 months of age!  !

DocMar's TalkTheTalk  WalkTheWalk CD RE--Walker
Walker had another incredible weekend too!  This was his last Novice B competition weekend and he did it in style.  He got a 2nd place with a 196 and a 1st place with a 195 1/2!!
 He has set his sights on a new goal now.....he is going to start competing in the Open ring in June 2008.  Another wonderful working dog with multiple titles
by the age of 18 months!

We are very proud of both of these boys and am excited to see what the future holds for these boys!!

Turner recently passed his Canine Good Citizen test!  Yahoo Turner!  He is a busy boy now training for Rally and Obedience.

Levi picked up his first Am points at the Waterloo Kennel Club Shows going WD/BOS over Specials!!!  He also won Group 1st Best Bred By Exhibitor on Sunday April 20th!!!

Another New Title For Walker!!

Walker--DocMar's TalkTheTalk  WalkTheWalk CD RE

I can hardly keep up with Walkers wins!!  He has finished two more Rally titles in just a few weeks!!  He finished he Rally Advanced Title in March and earned his Rally Excellent Title this weekend!  He has also continued to keep his Obedience skills sharp by competing in Novice B.......earning some incredible scores!!

Walker has shown 13 times in Novice B.....qualified all 
 13..... and placed 11 times out of the 13 with three 1sts, five 2nds, 
 two 3rds & one 4th.  

The Chintimini Kennel Club show in Albany, Oregon
At the Pacific Rim Golden Retriever Clug Specialty March 15 & 16th 2008
he won the HIT Golden Retriever both days!!!!!!

Clinton Iowa Kennel Club Inc. under Judge Charlotte Clem McGowan!!!!

Henley--DocMar's Boys Of Summer Can RN
Henley now has his Can RN title!  And he did it in style!
He qualified in 3 consecutive trials with scores of 100, 93 & 99.  He got two 1st places and one 3rd place.  He also qualified for his first Rally Advanced leg!!!  Now on to tracking!!

A great start in the show ring for Jovi!!!!

home her first Major Reserve this weekend at the
Granite City Kennel Club show in St. Cloud MN.  This was only Jovi's
second time in the ring, but she is a real showboat!!

Int'l CH Kismet's Les Espoir et Reve--Sophia
finished her Championship in style with Mult. Group Placements
and a Bred-By Exhibitor Reserve Best In Show!!!

Int'l CH Kismet's City Of Lights--Paris
also finished her Championship!!  Paris is owned by
Kathy Johnson-Siegle.

Twin Cities Obedience Training Club Shows and won her Rally Novice class
both days with scores of 99 & 100!!!  WOW! What a way to start her
Obedience career!!  Watch for Deni in both the Conformation and Obedience Rings!!!

What a great weekend in Michigan! 
Thelma--Am/Can CH DocMar's Girl Gone Wild BISS went BOB both days at the Marquette Kennel Club Show topping it off with a
Group 1st!!!

Levi--DocMar's Original 501 Blues took home 3 Reserve WD and
Fergie--DocMar & Teddybears Jive Talk'n won her class all 3 days and took Reserve one day.

Jonny--DocMar's Talk Show Host was busy showing in Iowa and he took home a Reserve WD too!  Not bad out of the 9-12 puppy class.

Walker--DocMar's TalkTheTalk  WalkTheWalk CD RN was competing in Washington and qualified for two more Novice B legs...
placing 1st and 2nd.

August 18-19 2007

Jorde--Can CH DocMar Blue Jeans Kinda Girl is really on a roll.  She has now won the last 5 out of her 6 shows!!  She went WB both days at the Freeborn County Kennel Club shows in Albert Lea MN under Jugde Dr. Alvin Krause and
Judge Robert Slay. 
Jorde is now single pointed out at 15 months old!
 

Jonny--DocMar's Talk Show Host also had a great day at the Freeborn County Kennel Club shows!!  He placed 1st in his class...went on to Best Puppy in Breed.........and then Best Puppy in Group!!  Way to go Jonny & Cindy!!!!

Also..............a new Obedience title!!

Walker qualified for his CD in three consecutive shows with a
191.5....193...188.5............at 9 months old!!  What an amazing team Walker and Marsha make!!!!

August 4 & 5th 2007
Jorde--Can CH DocMar Blue Jeans Kinda Girl wins again!  She picked up 2 more points at the Coulee Kennel Club shows in La Crosse WI going WB/BOS under Judge Judith Goodin and WB/BOW/BOS under Judge Steve Sorenson.

Jorde-- Can CH DocMar Blue Jeans Kinda Girl picks up another 2 points at the Duluth Kennel Club Show under Judge Ronald Spritzer!  She now has 4 points at only 14 months old!!

is the first puppy from the "TALK" litter to win Am points!!  Jonny went Winner's Dog out of the 6-9 puppy class for his first point
at the Hawkeye Kennel Club Show!!!

And...........we have the first Obedience Title from the
"TALK" litter!!!

Walker finished his Rally Novice title in 3 straight shows with scores of 92...95...and a 97 which earned him a 2nd place ribbon!!!

 He scored a 92 out a 100!!!
Walker also has tried his luck in the Conformation ring and he excelled there too!  His first weekend out he took Reserve Best Puppy In Show at the International Show in Oregon.  Way to go Walker!!!!
